Miss Universe India 2024 Rhea Singha Shares Coldplay X BTS Hit Song in Her Instagram Post

Rhea Singha from Gujarat has been crowned Miss Universe India 2024, representing the country at the global pageant. She won the title among 51 finalists during the final event held in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on Sunday.

Nineteen-year-old Rhea Singha hails from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. She describes herself as a TEDx speaker in her Instagram bio. In addition to her modeling career, Rhea is also an actress currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in performing arts. She is recognized as a modern fashion designer, blending contemporary styles with cultural elements.

Rhea Singha’s Finale Look

For the Miss Universe India 2024 finale, Rhea wore a stunning shimmery-golden peach gown adorned with intricate motifs. She enhanced her look with large peach bows as accessories on both forearms, showcasing minimal elegance. Rhea accessorized with dangling diamond earrings and opted for a makeup style featuring a shimmery glow, highlighted eyes and cheekbones, and nude glossy lips. Her hair was styled in soft, voluminous waves, completing her elegant appearance.

Celebrating the Victory

Following the finale, the Miss Universe India’s Instagram page featured a celebratory post showcasing Rhea’s victory, accompanied by the iconic track “My Universe” by British rock band Coldplay. The song’s selection was timely, as tickets for Coldplay’s upcoming concert in India went on sale that same day, generating significant excitement among fans.

In a statement to news agency ANI, Rhea expressed her gratitude, stating, “Today I won the title of Miss Universe India 2024. I am so thankful. I have done so much work to get to this level where I can consider myself worthy enough for this crown. I am so inspired by the previous winners.”

Coldplay’s Demand

On the same day, high traffic on the ticketing platform BookMyShow caused initial crashes, leading to disappointment among Coldplay fans. However, due to “phenomenal demand,” the band announced a third show in Mumbai as part of their “Music Of The Spheres World Tour 2025.” Coldplay is scheduled to perform at the DY Patil Sports Stadium in Navi Mumbai on January 18 and 19, with an additional show on January 21.
