On Saturday afternoon, Shivkumar, a resident of Jitola village, entered a government primary school in an inebriated state, disrupting classes. Witnesses reported that he behaved aggressively in front of acting headmistress Ruchi Mittal and other staff members. As teachers attempted to intervene, Shivkumar removed his clothes, standing semi-naked while creating a scene.
Carrying a liquor bottle tucked into his pants, he forcefully sent students home and began threatening the teachers and the village head. During his rampage, he claimed to have connections with Rajasthan’s infamous criminal, Pappal Gurjar.
