Man Finds Lego In His Nose After 26 Years Goes Viral: Watch

In a bizarre yet intriguing revelation, 32-year-old Arizona resident Andi Norton shared in a viral Instagram reel that he finally dislodged a Lego piece that had been stuck in his nose for nearly 30 years. Norton’s video has since garnered significant attention, with viewers expressing disbelief and humor over the situation.

How the Lego Piece Got Stuck

In the now-viral video, Norton explained that his breathing problems, including asthma and sleep apnea, had plagued him since childhood. However, he recently uncovered the reason behind these issues. According to Norton, the Lego piece became lodged in his nose when he was around six years old in the 1990s. As a child, he had inserted a Lego man piece up his nostril. His mother attempted to retrieve the object with tweezers, and believing the problem solved, they assumed his nose was clear.

Little did they know, a small part of the Lego had remained lodged in Norton’s nose for 26 years, contributing to his chronic breathing difficulties.

How He Finally Got It Out

Norton shared that the breakthrough moment came after his doctor suggested he try blowing his nose while showering, a tip often recommended for people experiencing dry nasal passages during hot summer months. Taking this advice, Norton was shocked to discover that the long-lost Lego piece had finally emerged.

“I was in the shower, and my doctor recommended blowing my nose because of the steam and humidity,” Norton explained in the video. “And today, I blew my nose, and low and behold, a Lego shot out.”

Norton expressed his amazement at the discovery, noting how much better he felt afterward. “I feel like this Lego piece has been the culprit for the last 26 years. I can finally breathe out of this side of my nose, and it’s fantastic. I haven’t been able to do that since I was a kid.”

Social Media Reactions

Norton’s video, posted at the beginning of September, quickly went viral, accumulating over 6,000 views and more than 200 likes. Many users flooded the comments section with their own stories and reactions.

One user humorously commented, “Glad you got the Lego out, it was hurting my nose just thinking about it!” Another parent shared a similar experience, saying, “OMG, my kid got a Lego stuck in his nose last year, and we had to go to the ER. Thankfully, he sneezed it out.”

Another comment praised Norton’s childhood creativity, writing, “That’s actually some advanced thinking for a small kid to engineer a Lego man to try and get it to connect to the piece in your nose. It didn’t work, but still impressive.”

Norton’s unexpected revelation and the reactions it sparked online have turned his quirky medical story into a viral sensation, highlighting the strange ways our bodies can surprise us years later.
