The incident has been said to have occurred on Tuesday, and the court had not yet opened, and the public was awaiting the arrival of the judge. The clip reveals the lawyer sitting in his office in court clothes, slightly off-camera, with just the side of his face showing.
A lady in a saree is spotted standing in front of him. The lawyer then seems to take her hand and draw her nearer. The lady appears reluctant and attempts to pull away, but the lawyer goes ahead to peck her before she takes a step back.
