However, various fact-checking sources have confirmed that the person in the video is not Rekha Gupta. She is a Marathi actress, Payal Jadhav.
This very video is being circulated with misleading captions, falsely identifying the woman as a BJP leader. The viral clip of Payal Jadhav has spread rapidly across multiple platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), with little to no verification.
