Popular YouTuber BeerBiceps, which is the name under which Ranveer Allahbadia runs his channel, issued an apology for the remarks made on the YouTube comedy show “India’s Got Latent.”
Ranveer Allahbadia admitted that the comments he had made were not funny and not suited to the platform.
“I shouldn’t have said what I said on India’s got latent. I’m sorry,” Allahbadia posted on X, offering a public apology for the incident. In a video message, he further clarified, “My comment wasn’t just inappropriate, it wasn’t even funny. Comedy is not my forte. I am just here to say sorry. Many of you have asked if this is how I want to use my platform. Obviously this is not how I wish to use it.”
He added “I am not here to give any context, justification or reasoning whatever happened. I am just here for an apology. I personally had a lapse in judgment, it wasn’t cool on my part. The podcast is watched by people of all ages. Don’t want to be the kind of person that takes that responsibility lightly. Family is the last thing I would ever disrespect.”

Complaint Filed Against Allahbadia, and Other
A complaint was filed against influencer Allahbadia, Samay Raina, and other contenders at ‘India’s Got Latent’ over abusive or vulgar comments. Complainants contend that participants said obscene about women’s bodies for the popularity and money the show was accruing to the participants from internet views.
The broadcast, which aired globally on YouTube, shows the accused laughing and making inappropriate jokes, which the complainant describes as a serious offense. The letter stresses that such remarks harm women’s dignity and negatively influence young audiences, particularly minors, exposed to these comments, ANI reported. The complaint calls for action to address the harm caused by these actions.
