A digital display board outside a hotel at the entrance of Rajasthan’s Udaipur city has stirred massive controversy after flashing the message: “Free spa and sex.” The shocking footage, first reported by local channel Udaipur News, shows a journalist confronting the hotel owner about the offensive advertisement.
The viral video begins with the reporter questioning the hotel owner, who initially acknowledges that the board belongs to the hotel. However, upon noticing the explicit content, the owner appears surprised and says, “Arre! ye kaha se a gaya hai,” expressing disbelief at the message.
Angered by the situation, the reporter calls out the owner, saying, “Apko sharam ani chaiye, Udaipur sheher ki sabse phela pravesh dwar hai, aam jo tourist hai, sabse phele issi dwar pe atta hai,” highlighting the hotel’s location at a major tourist entry point into the city.

The owner is then seen yelling at his staff, demanding an explanation: “What is displaying on the board? Turn this off.” Attempting to defend himself, he says, “You can come and check, our room tariff is running, please come and see.”
When asked whether the display was linked to the spa services, the owner distances himself, stating, “It’s not my spa, the spa has been given on contract.” He further urges the reporter to inspect the premises personally.
The video, now making rounds on social media, has left viewers stunned. While it remains unclear whether the message was intentionally displayed or a result of tampering, the incident has raised serious concerns about digital content monitoring at such prominent tourist locations.
