A 20 year old boy was tragically cut short in Gujarat early on Monday morning when a speeding BMW car attacked into a student on his two-wheeler.
As further investigation the victim, Abhishek Nathani studied at Marwadi College. The terrible accident happened late at night, around 2:30 AM.
How this Horrible Incident Happened
The event was captured on a dramatic CCTV video that has been circulating online. The short clip clearly shows the luxury BMW car driving at an extremely high speed moments before the collision.

The video reveals Abhishek approaching from the opposite direction on his two-wheeler. Suddenly, the rapidly moving BMW appears and crashes violently into him.
The force of the impact was so great that Abhishek suffered life-ending injuries right away. Emergency teams arriving at the scene declared him dead. Adding to the horror, the car reportedly dragged the victim for a distance of several meters before finally stopping.
Following the horrific incident, Abhishek’s older brother, Keval Nathani, immediately filed a complaint with the Taluka Police Station.
The police quickly identified and arrested the driver of the BMW. The accused driver has been named as Atman Patel. He now faces serious legal charges.
Police Register Case Against Patel
The police have registered a case against Atman Patel using multiple sections of the law, including the Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 106(1) and 281, along with other relevant parts of the Motor Vehicles Act. These sections generally relate to causing death by negligence and rash driving.
The devastating accident has sent a wave of shock through the college community and brought attention once again to the dangers of reckless driving on public roads, especially late at night.
The family of the young student is now seeking justice after their sudden and tragic loss.
