Florida Man Uses Alligator To Open Beer Can, Internet Reacts

Snakes, alligators, and other reptiles are undeniably frightening, and encounters with these wild creatures can be fatal. Despite the risks, many individuals are keen to get close to them and attempt daring stunts. Recently, a video of a Florida man using an alligator to open a beer can went viral. This daring act took place in the middle of the sea.

The video shows the man leaning out of his boat with a beer can in hand, enticing the alligator to approach. The reptile appears in the shallow water as the man reaches for the gator’s chin, then daringly uses its sharp teeth to open the can. His friends can be heard shouting and cheering in the background. One of them then excitedly drinks the beer in just a few seconds.

The video has garnered over 3.1 million views so far. An amused viewer commented, “I wish I had crazy friends like them.”

Referring to many incidents in Florida involving an alligator, a user joked, “Tell me you’re from Florida without telling me you’re from Florida,” while another stated, “Interesting choice of tool! Resourcefulness at its finest, Florida never fails to surprise with its unique solutions.”

An individual joked, “The alligator looked like he knew his job. Came over, bit down and swam a way.” while another bravely stated, “Just a little water lizard, nothing to be afraid of.”

A person also questioned the whole purpose of the act saying, “I’m not so sure about the risk/reward on this one.”

Recently, wildlife photographer Walt Jenkins found himself in a scary situation while biking through South Florida. He encountered two enormous alligators along his route. Instead of fleeing, he remained calm and unconcerned, recognizing that the reptiles were in a “lazy mood.” Despite the inherent risks, Jenkins’ cautious approach and understanding of animal behavior ensured his safe return to his car.
