Former Pentagon official Luis Elizondo has made startling claims about the US government’s engagement with extraterrestrial phenomena. Elizondo asserts that the government has not only recovered spacecraft of unknown origin but has also studied biological specimens from these entities.
According to Elizondo, one of these spacecraft is connected to the 1947 Roswell incident. He suggests that the government has known about extraterrestrial life for decades but has kept this information concealed. “We as a nation have been interested not only in the vehicles themselves but also in the occupants of these vehicles, including biological specimens,” Elizondo stated. “We are not alone in this universe, and it is a simple fact. The US government has been aware of that fact for decades.”
In response, the US government has denied these claims, asserting that there is no credible evidence of extraterrestrial activity. The Department of Defense has reiterated its commitment to transparency but maintains that Elizondo’s assertions lack verifiable evidence.
Elizondo, who has a background in microbiology, immunology, and counterintelligence, has shared his claims through various media channels, including an article for Newsweek.
