Ex-BF Sends Rs 1 Every Minute To Girl After Being Blocked On Social Media: What Happens Next?

In a weird and hilarious twist, a woman on X (formerly Twitter) named Ayushi claimed her ex-boyfriend, previously blocked on each and every social media site, has discovered yet another way of getting back in contact sending her ₹1 every minute on Google Pay.

One Sad (and Potentially Promising?) Idea

Dubbing her former significant other’s antics “really sad,” Ayushi posted a message reading, “I blocked him from everywhere, and now he’s sending 1 Rs on GPay every fking minute,” which describes the odd situation where her ex, after being blocked on all the chat apps, decided to send her money through a digital payment platform. Whether Ayushi is exasperated or finds this gesture amusing is unclear. Still, the whole episode rapidly became viral on social media.

Netizens’ Reactions

The post drew a slew of reactions from the online community. A lot of them found the situation hilarious, and they encouraged Ayushi to continue letting the money come. One user, sankasm, quipped: “Don’t block him there, you’d make 40k+ in a month.” But who thinks they can keep sending her ₹1 every minute for a month? It is definitely some desperate behaviour.

Another user, Parth Saikia, said: Let him send 10 thousand messages before you unblock him. Say hi, block him, repeat the process. Good luck. The post also invited others to share similar stories, with one user, “Alexander the Great,” saying he had done something similar to his girlfriend, only to see her return the money.

Some Serious Points

Whilst Ayushi’s unfortunate tale provided source material for many humorous posts, there were also some who urged her to block her ex on the payment site if he continued to annoy her with his antics. As the issue grew larger on the net, people reflected over the myriad creative ways-and often exceedingly invasive ways-people choose to contact ex-partners.

Ayushi’s unique situation has certainly captivated the internet, but it also sheds light on the complex and sometimes over-the-top behaviors that come with the breakup culture in the digital age.

In the end, the case has sparked an online debate—should Ayushi continue accepting the ₹1 every minute, or should she block him on Google Pay too?
