A high-speed collision between a car and a scooter in Raipur on Wednesday night left three people seriously injured. According to eyewitnesses, a Russian woman and a lawyer—both allegedly intoxicated—were behind the wheel at the time of the crash.

Eyewitnesses Describe Shocking Incident

Bystanders reported that moments before the crash, the Russian woman was sitting on the lawyer’s lap, significantly obstructing his view of the road. The out-of-control Indigo car then rammed into a scooter carrying three individuals, leaving them with severe injuries. The victims were immediately rushed to Mekahara Hospital, where they received medical attention and were later discharged.

Chaos at the Scene

Following the accident, the Russian woman created a commotion on the road, refusing to cooperate with the police. Viral videos on social media show her crying and yelling in the presence of onlookers and police personnel. She was seen resisting police attempts to escort her to the station, repeatedly shouting about her missing phone. Witnesses advised officers to call a female constable to handle the situation.
