“My Father is the best candidate……”: Delhi Woman’s Heartfelt LinkedIn Post to Help Her Father Find a Job Goes Viral

LinkedIn is often seen as a platform for personal networking and job hunting, but a young woman from Delhi recently used it to help her father secure a job, turning the usual script on its head.

In a heartfelt post, Priyanshi Bhatt showcased her father’s impressive career in the automobile industry. She described him as “conscientious, hardworking, loyal, empathetic, and exceptionally talented,” and highlighted his extensive 30-40 years of experience in key leadership roles, including manager, plant head, director, and even CEO. His career spans reputable companies such as Swaraj Mazda, Maruti Joint Venture, Alfa Cotec Industry, and KD Industries.

Bhatt also emphasized his outstanding leadership qualities, sharing how those he mentored decades ago have continued to follow him across organizations, choosing to work under his guidance wherever he went.

Bhatt also shared the reason behind her father’s decision to seek a new job. She explained that he has been grappling with financial instability at his current organization, where he hasn’t received his regular salary for an entire year. Despite these challenges, his dedication to the company has remained unwavering—he often puts in extra hours and even works on Sundays. “All thanks to his empathetic nature,” she wrote.

Acknowledging the need for financial stability, her father, with the full support of his family, decided to explore new opportunities in the automobile sector. Bhatt described him as a highly skilled, solutions-driven professional with exceptional communication abilities, profound expertise in his field, and a talent for inspiring and leading teams.

“My father is the best candidate any organisation can hire, so please don’t miss out on this opportunity,” she urged. Bhatt invited interested employers to reach out so she could help connect them with her father, signing off with gratitude: “Thanks for reading so patiently.”

The post, shared just a day ago, has garnered over 3,400 reactions and more than 500 comments. Many LinkedIn users have praised Bhatt for her thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.

One user commented, “Dear Priyanshi, I’m not able to help you but as a daughter you have made your father really feel proud. I’m father of a daughter and I imagined that my daughter may act like you if any adverse situation comes in my life. You have touched the emotion of so many fathers.”

Another user wrote, “The best use of LinkedIn till now. All powers to you and wish luck to your father.”

A third user even offered a job opportunity, saying, “Ok send the resume of your father, as I have requirement for painting inspector at UAE for 2 years contract.” Bhatt, however, responded that her father wouldn’t be able to relocate at this stage.
