In the footage, the woman can be seen sitting on the road, swinging her arms, twirling her head, and occasionally folding her hands. A black bag lay beside her as vehicles passed nearby. Her unusual behavior quickly attracted a crowd, with one person recording the entire episode on a mobile phone.
