Hulk Hogan’s sudden passing at 71 has left the wrestling world in shock. But now, his daughter Brooke Hogan has raised serious concerns about the circumstances of his death, claiming professionals have urged her to look deeper into what really happened.
Hulk Hogan’s Cause of Death
On July 24, pro wrestling icon Hulk Hogan died of what was officially ruled an acute myocardial infarction (heart attack). A private funeral was held on August 5, attended by close family and friends, but notably absent was his daughter Brooke.
While tributes poured in from WWE stars and even U.S. President Donald Trump, Brooke Hogan has used her platform to hint that the truth behind her father’s death may not be as straightforward as it seems.
Brooke Hogan’s Instagram Claims
On Thursday, Brooke revealed on Instagram that she has received calls from both police officials and medical staff who claim that bodycam footage and 911 tapes from the day of Hogan’s death may hold crucial information.
“FACT: I’ve 100% gotten legit calls from professionals… telling ME I need to see bodycam footage and get a hold of the 911 tapes because they supposedly contain information that could potentially shed enough light to change the narrative we’ve all been hearing,” Brooke wrote.
She added that these individuals feel “so passionately about what they witnessed” that they continue to urge her to push for answers. However, she clarified that she has “zero control” over the matter since decisions now rest solely with Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily.
Questions Over Autopsy and Death Certificate
Brooke further revealed she does not know if an autopsy has been ordered, and promised to keep any findings private “out of respect” for her father.
She also cast doubt on the physician who signed off on Hogan’s death certificate: “Do I question his general physician signing off… given his background, which is available for anyone to see via a simple Google search? You can answer that one for yourself,” she wrote.
Family Rift and Limited Power
The Hogan family’s internal rift has been no secret. Brooke was estranged from her father in his later years and even removed herself from his will. Still, she insists there is “no bad blood” between her and Sky Daily, despite having no legal say in decisions regarding her father’s medical or legal matters.
She closed her statement by urging fans to stop speculating: “I cannot get any information. I know you’d think I could being his blood, but I can’t.”
