Indians are predominant, and with them is their affection for crunchy samosas. In London, a food stall is raising eyebrows on the internet. Ghantawala Bihar, with two outlets in the city, became an overnight sensation after its manager began hawking samosas on the road. A video that's gaining views features a local foreigner chewing on a samosa as he sits in his fancy, new Tesla.
The reel has gone viral on social media, with people being drawn to its combination of Indian street food appeal and a strange Bihari hustle.
Rather than standing in line waiting for customers at his Wembley and South Harrow branches, the Ghantawala manager roams the streets. Bus stops, parks, and outside tea stalls name them. "You never know where I'll pop up next," one of the videos has him laughing and saying.

Indians residing in the UK have been thrilled to see him. Locals as well as foreigners break their journey to take a bite.
Ghantawala Samosa has been in operation for decades. Its official website says that Bihari Samosa Center Ghantawala was established in 1972 by Kalishaprasad Kishanlal Shah at Nadiad, Gujarat. It has been famous in the past 50 years for traditional Bihari samosas based on old recipes and fresh local vegetables.
Branches now also have Chandkheda and Ankur Char Rasta, Ahmedabad, and the two London branches—South Harrow Market and near Sanatan Temple, Wembley bring a taste of home to the diaspora. The Free Press Journal says the eatery also hosts community events and provides catering for special occasions. More outlets and new flavors form the plans for the future while keeping Bihar's culinary heritage alive and global.
