Bengaluru Woman Claims: ‘Auto Driver Spat On Me’, Netizens Filled With Disgust
A woman in Bengaluru has claimed that an autorickshaw driver spat on her while she was walking down the street. Parishi, a software engineer, shared her experience on X (formerly Twitter), posting two photos of herself dressed in a white shirt and black trousers. The photos showed fresh, red spit marks on her right hand and the back of her shirt.
“While walking around Indiranagar, an auto driver spat on me, and it happened to be the day I wore a white shirt,” she wrote on X, along with the photos.
Indiranagar, the location of the alleged incident, is one of Bengaluru’s upscale neighborhoods and a notable startup hub. Other users on X reacted with disgust and shock upon seeing the photos.
