Amid the busy life and crowded streets of Bengaluru, a couple has found their heaven after creating n oasis of peace and sustainability. Their eco-friendly home has been featured by a content creator, Priyam Saraswat and has gained praise from netizens all across social media.
The video has garnered 1.3 million views since being posted.
The video begins as Saraswat asks the couple if they own the house. When they respond ‘yes’ to the question, the influencer asks for a tour. The couple agrees happily, saying, “Welcome to our home. ‘Satya Chitt’, means true consciousness. This is the house which we built keeping in mind that it enhances our consciousness.”

As Saraswat praises the mud wall covered in beautiful, colored glass pieces, the couple explains that they were made from recycled waste. The content creator also notices a hand pump. The man clarifies, “Yeah, we use the rainwater.” Further in the video, the woman points out a pond and the mud walls and says, “We say this is like a breathing house. All our walls are breathing… Also helps in the temperature balance. We don’t have an air conditioner.”

After showing a 150-year-old Rajasthani door and dining table, the couple added, “We designed this place to enhance our meditation… a lot of layers of mud, earthen pots placed upside down on the roof, and a kitchen that blends tradition with modernity.”
Upon asking if sustainability means losing comfort, the couple responds, No, it’s as modern as any other house. Only the shift in thought is needed. The natural elements we use require very little maintenance. That is another myth.”
Social media users called the house ‘refreshing’ and ‘inspiring’. It definitely was a dream house.
