Bal Sant Abhinav Arora’s Daily Routine: Starts His Day at 3:30 AM Before School

Ten-year-old spiritual orator Abhinav Arora recently opened up about his life, routine, and the controversies surrounding him during an interview with The New Indians. Released in early November, the interview delves into various topics, including accusations of Abhinav being a ‘fake’ spiritual figure leveraging social media for fame.

Known as a self-styled ‘Bal Sant’ or child saint, Abhinav boasts nearly a million followers on Instagram. Over the past few months, he has frequently made headlines—whether it’s for dancing at a religious event led by Swami Rambhadracharya or filing a case against seven YouTubers for alleged harassment and defamation.

Trolling on Social Media

During the interview, Abhinav was asked to address allegations that his spiritual content is crafted primarily to attract views. Rather than responding directly, the young orator highlighted the prevalence of inappropriate content online.

Dekhiye aajkal toh log kitni gandi gandi cheezin daal rahe hain. Usko toh aap bada viral karte hain (People post such terrible stuff online. The media makes it go viral),” he remarked.

Lekin main Sanatan Dharma ka prachaar karna chahta hun toh mujhe aap sab troll kar rahe hain (However, I am trying to promote Sanatan Dharma and I face trolling),” Abhinav added, defending his focus on spirituality.

A Glimpse Into His Daily Routine

Abhinav also shared insights into his daily schedule. He claimed to start his day at 3:30 AM with a bath, followed by two to two-and-a-half hours of mala jaap. By sunrise, he offers water to Tulsi ji, “wakes up” the idols of Radha Govind, and dresses them before heading to school.

After school, his routine includes a nap, completing homework, and reading Hindu scriptures. When asked how he balances academics and spirituality, the 10-year-old said, “I am able to manage spiritual and worldly knowledge.”

Explaining his passion for spirituality, he noted, “Some people like to paint, some like to sing. I like to focus on the adhyatmik,” referring to the Sanskrit term connected to the soul.

While Abhinav’s spiritual journey inspires many, he has also faced skepticism and trolling. Despite the negativity, his ability to articulate his beliefs and balance his dual roles as a student and spiritual orator continues to draw attention across social media and beyond.
