Spanning an expansive 120 feet, the remarkable creation was captured in a video shared by All India Radio News on their Instagram account. The footage swiftly gained widespread attention, leaving viewers awestruck and prompting admiration for the farmer’s ingenuity and dedication.

“All India Radio News captioned the post, ‘A farmer who is also an engineer creates a 120-foot image of Lord Vithal on his farm using paddy plantations in Mulshi village, Pune,’” wrote AIR. Ashadhi Ekadashi, also known as Devshayani Ekadashi, marks an important event for Hindu worshipers of Lord Vishnu. It is believed that on this day, Lord Vishnu enters Yog Nidra, or a cosmic slumber, awakening again on Prabodhini Ekadashi, four months later. This period is considered inauspicious for starting new ventures or endeavors.
