Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar bestows 'PSU of the Year' Award to HAL

The ‘Outstanding PSU of the Year’ award was presented to HAL by Hon’ble Vice President of India Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar at the AIMA Managing India Awards ceremony in Delhi last night. HAL’s CMD (Additional Charge), Shri C B Ananthakrishnan, accepted the award and expressed gratitude to AIMA for the recognition.

Hon’ble Vice President Dhankhar commended all the awardees, acknowledging the jury’s discerning selections. He lauded HAL’s achievements, describing its success as inspirational and underscoring its significance as a national asset.

Mr. Ananthakrishnan, while receiving the award, remarked, “It is an honor to receive the award from Hon’ble Vice President, and we at HAL are deeply motivated by this gesture. We will continue to strive and contribute to nation building with our dedicated efforts to make India self-reliant in defence production.”

Established in 1957, the All India Management Association (AIMA) serves as the Voice of India’s leaders and managers, playing a pivotal role in the management profession in India. It collaborates closely with various sectors, including industry, government, academia, and students, to advance management practices and foster growth opportunities.

HAL achieved its highest-ever revenue from operations, surpassing Rs. 29,810 crores for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. This marked a robust growth of approximately 11%, compared to 9% in the preceding financial year, reflecting sustained progress and enhanced performance across diverse domains.
