Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami conveyed his greetings on India’s 75th Republic Day through a video posted on the social media platform X. In the video, he expressed his wishes, saying, “Hearty congratulations and best wishes to all the people of the state on the 75th Republic Day! Jai Hind!” Dhami emphasized the significance of Republic Day as an opportunity for every Indian to be dedicated and proud of the country’s Constitution. He urged citizens to pledge a commitment to fulfilling their basic duties with patriotism and a spirit of service, contributing to the nation’s comprehensive development and the vision of a self-reliant India.

Dhami also highlighted India’s progress under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, transforming into a self-reliant nation and gaining recognition as a global leader. He concluded by extending congratulations and best wishes to everyone on Republic Day.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also shared his greetings on the occasion, posting on X, “Best wishes on the special occasion of the 75th Republic Day. Jai Hind!”

The Republic Day parade in the national capital, led by President Droupadi Murmu, will showcase the themes of ‘Viksit Bharat’ and ‘Bharat – Loktantra ki Matruka.’ The 90-minute event will feature displays of India’s cultural diversity, military strength, and the empowerment of women. The participation of around 13,000 special guests aims to involve people from diverse backgrounds, fostering Jan Bhagidari in the national celebration. The ceremony will commence with Prime Minister Modi’s visit to the National War Memorial, where he will pay tribute to fallen heroes by laying a wreath.
