A horrific incident occurred in UP on Saturday as a nine-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her neighbor. The girl, living alone with her widowed mother, was violated in her own home.
The accused, a 25-year-old neighbor, entered the girl’s residence and carried out the heinous act. He then fled the scene, leaving the girl in pain.
Local police were alerted to the incident and immediately rushed the victim to a hospital for medical attention. Several teams have been formed to apprehend the perpetrator.
This disturbing case follows another recent rape incident in Assam, where a 14-year-old girl was gang-raped. The victim in that case was also found in a semi-conscious state and is currently undergoing treatment. These incidents highlight the urgent need for stricter measures to prevent sexual violence and protect vulnerable individuals.
