The unidentified man, seated in a crew jump seat near the emergency exit, became frantic. Despite being asked by the flight attendants to return to his seat, he refused and turned physically and verbally aggressive.

Korean Air issued a statement confirming that the crew acted swiftly to restrain the man. He was relocated to a secure area, where the situation was de-escalated.
“The incident was managed according to our established security protocols, prioritizing passenger safety and operational integrity,” the airline noted.
Handed Over to Authorities
The plane landed safely in Seoul, where the disruptive passenger was handed over to local authorities for further investigation.
