Ashley St. Clair dropped a bombshell on X, stating that she had given birth to Elon Musk’s child five months prior. The post went viral, with individuals reacting in different ways—ranging from congratulations to speculations about the richest man in the world.
‘The Father is Elon Musk’
On her post, Ashley published a brief Latin sentence, ‘the die is cast (thrown)’, to indicate the significance of her statement. She went on to justify why she was revealing this information, highlighting the necessity of safeguarding the privacy of her child.
“I gave birth to a new baby five months ago. The father is Elon Musk. I have not spoken of this before to preserve our child’s safety and anonymity, but it has recently become obvious that the tabloid press plans to do so despite the damage it will do,” she wrote.
“I wish to permit our child to develop in a regular and secure environment. For that purpose, I request that the media respect our child’s privacy, and avoid intrusive reporting.”

Elon Musk’s Fatherhood Journey
Elon Musk, the Tesla CEO, has fathered 12 children with different women over the past two decades. His journey into fatherhood began in 2002 when he and his first wife, Canadian author Justine Wilson, welcomed their son Nevada Alexander, who tragically passed away at 10 weeks old.
Following the unfortunate loss of Nevada, Musk and Wilson went on to IVF, with five additional children born: twins Vivian and Griffin, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian. Vivian Jenna Wilson, originally Xavier Alexander Musk, is Musk’s trans daughter with whom he has a complicated relationship owing to her gender identity.
Musk’s Marriage and Children
Musk and Wilson divorced in 2008 following seven years of marriage. Musk married actress Talulah Riley twice, but they did not have children.
In 2020, Musk welcomed his son X Æ A-Xii, also nicknamed Lil X, with singer Grimes. Later, the two had two other children: Exa Dark Sideræl, a daughter, and Techno Mechanicus, a son.
Besides his kids with Grimes, Musk had twins, Strider and Azure, with Shivon Zilis, who is the executive at his firm Neuralink. Zilis and Musk have their youngest son in 2024, even though the child’s name hasn’t been publicly revealed, states People.
