A Maryland woman who lives in Prince George’s County recently won a substantial $50,000 approximately Rs. 42.96 lakh Pick 5 draw. What’s more interesting in her win is the fact that it came to her in a dream and she then bought the ticket.
Winning Numbers from a Dream
The lucky winner said that in December, she had a very vivid dream in which a specific sequence of numbers stood out. She trusted her intuition and bought a Pick 5 ticket at Oxon Hill Zip In Mart using the numbers 9-9-0-0-0. Reflecting on the experience, she said, “We were running late, and I almost forgot to play. But I knew we just had to play those numbers from my dream.”
When her husband heard the news, he was skeptical at first. “My wife showed me, but it didn’t seem real,” he said. Yet, he expressed gratitude for their good fortune, adding, “But when the Midas touch comes, hopefully, you’re on it, and thankfully we were.”
The couple was still deciding how to spend their winnings. After treating their grandchildren to a special Christmas, the husband noted they hadn’t determined what they were going to do. “Whatever she wants,” he said.
