Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social, questioning recent reports of alleged voter registration fraud in Pennsylvania. Referring to thousands of suspicious forms dropped off at the Lancaster County Board of Elections, Trump stated, “Law Enforcement must do their job, immediately!!! WHAT IS GOING ON IN PENNSYLVANIA???”
The Lancaster County Board of Elections, in collaboration with District Attorney Heather Adams, has launched a comprehensive investigation. Adams confirmed that a majority of the voter registration forms under review — approximately 60% — were deemed fraudulent, displaying clear signs of irregularities such as identical handwriting, incorrect addresses, and false identification details.
The fraudulent applications were primarily for Lancaster residents but extended to surrounding areas like Columbia, Mount Joy, and Strasburg. Officials are now assessing the extent of these violations, working with additional resources and detectives to expedite the investigation.
District Attorney Adams confirmed her team is “all hands on deck” to verify the validity of these applications swiftly. She also signaled that local law enforcement could be called upon if additional support is needed, as the DA’s office works to ensure the accuracy and integrity of voter registration records in the region.
As Trump demands swift law enforcement intervention, the investigation’s findings could add fuel to ongoing debates surrounding election security. This unfolding case underscores Pennsylvania’s critical role in U.S. elections and the heightened scrutiny on safeguarding voter integrity.
