Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Reunite for Invictus Games Amid Brand Renewal

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are strategically coming back as a couple and as a brand. According to Express, one of the sources has said “There will be a renewed focus on the Sussexes as a couple, as a brand and showcasing them as a couple and family”.

This shift comes after the alleged failure of Meghan’s appearances to make headlines. The couple seems to have consciously decided to appear together after months of solo appearances.

Opening Ceremony of Invictus Games on Feb 8

According to GB News, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will grace the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games at BC Place in Vancouver on February 8. The ceremony features an all-star entertainment lineup, including American singer Katy Perry, Grammy-nominated Noah Kahan, and Canadian artist Nelly Furtado.

The tournament will end with a closing ceremony at Rogers Arena on February 16.

Struggles After Initial Success

The couple was immensely successful with Netflix’s docuseries Harry & Meghan as well as Prince Harry’s book Spare. That being said, that success gradually faded the couple’s public image over time.

Their new approach might indicate a desire to regain some of the good public and media will as they return to the public eye together again.
