“My President Said……”: Hulk Hogan Suggests Trump Could Offer Him Key Position In Upcoming Administration

WWE star Hulk Hogan has suggested that President-elect Donald Trump may offer him a role in his upcoming cabinet.

In an interview with Fox News host Brian Kilmeade on Saturday, Hogan reflected on a conversation he had with Trump during an October election event at Madison Square Garden. Hogan mentioned that Trump seemed open to the idea of him taking on a role during his second term.

“My president said, ‘You know something, you’d be great to run the President’s Council on Physical Fitness,’” Hogan recalled from their discussion at the New York rally.

The President’s Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition is a federal advisory body aimed at promoting physical activity and a healthy diet, according to its website. Outgoing President Joe Biden extended the council’s mandate until September 30, 2025.

The idea about nominating Hogan

According to Hogan, the idea came up during a conversation with Trump about physical fitness and diet after the rally.

“At the end of the day, when I was in the back at Madison Square Garden after the whole rally, we were talking about Robert Kennedy, I was talking about nutrition, and how many foreign countries won’t even let their people eat the food that we eat here in America,” the WWE star shared.

“It’s so bad, and it’s poisoned a generation of kids. And at the end of the day, we start talking about physical fitness,” he added.

Hogan’s speech at RNC

Hogan’s remarks come after President-elect Trump’s appointment of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., an environmental attorney and anti-vaccine advocate, to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The nomination stunned public health experts, who expressed concerns that Kennedy could exert influence over key government institutions, fuel vaccine skepticism, and potentially redirect agency funds to support his personal views.

A strong supporter of Trump, Hogan spoke at the Republican National Convention (RNC) in July, before Trump officially accepted the party’s presidential nomination. His speech earned some of the loudest cheers of the evening, reflecting his popularity with the crowd.
