Ivanka Trump Was Not Seen In Donald Trump’s 2024 Campaign | Here’s Why

While other children and spouse Melania Trump did public campaigning events for her father as he ran in 2024 for the presidential elections, Ivanka remains hidden behind the scenes; as much as she loves politics she cannot stand too much media. While during his other run Ivanka Trump campaigned across several media channels that include: television; rallies; creating ties with fellow women of the country. Thus, why stop now?

Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, announced that they will be taking themselves out of politics before the third and possibly final presidential run by Trump, according to NYT. Ivanka said, “While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena.”.

Ivanka spoke about her reasons on a podcast with Lex Fridman. She said that the reasons for her decision were partly because of her children. “I’m not willing to make them bear that cost,” she said, describing the toll politics takes on family life as a “bloody sport.” Ivanka and Kushner have three children.

Will she return?

In a previous interview, in Ivanka’s place, Kushner said that, “although they are supporting Donald Trump, Ivanka has “closed this chapter of her life” with politics. “She made the decision when she left Washington that she was closing that chapter of her life. And she’s been remarkably consistent,” Kushner told the NYT”. He added, “We’re rooting for him — obviously, we’re proud of him,” but emphasized that their lives would continue regardless of the outcome.

Was Jared Kushner’s business part of Ivanka Trump’s decision?

The NYT comments that the moving into the White House by Trump would probe Kushner over his business ties with Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar as a $3 billion private equity fund manager. Kushner however noted that he and Ivanka are close to Trump and always ready for him should he need them. “If he calls her for advice or help on something, we’re always there,” Kushner said.
