Five Die in Plane Crash Outside Costa Rica’s San Jose; One in Critical Condition
Five people were killed in a plane crash near Costa Rica’s capital, San Jose, on Monday afternoon. Authorities confirmed that five of the six passengers on board died when the small aircraft crashed.
Firefighters located the wreckage and confirmed the fatalities, while a sixth passenger, a 31-year-old woman, was found in critical condition, according to the Red Cross.
The Costa Rican Civil Aviation Authority stated that all those on board were from Costa Rica.
