Canada Claims Lawrence Bishnoi Behind Air India Flight Terror Attack Bombing

On Monday, October 14, the Canadian government announced the conclusion of its investigation into the 1985 terrorist attack that destroyed Air India Flight 182. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s administration implicated 31-year-old gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who is currently incarcerated in Sabarmati Jail, Gujarat, by the Indian government.

Trudeau made headlines by asserting that Bishnoi, who was born eight years after the attack, was responsible for the bombing that occurred while the aircraft was en route from Montreal to London, at an altitude of 31,000 feet. The explosion claimed the lives of all 329 passengers and crew members on board, including 268 Canadians, 27 British, and 24 Indians. This incident remains one of the deadliest aviation terror attacks prior to the September 11 attacks in the United States.

In a statement that raised eyebrows, Trudeau suggested that Bishnoi’s actions could have influenced the September 11 attacks. “This man could execute a major terror attack when he was minus eight years old; imagine what he could do at eight,” remarked a senior official in Trudeau’s government.

During a press conference, Trudeau expressed his intentions to inform U.S. leaders about Bishnoi’s alleged connection to global terror incidents, stating, “I will tell all of them that Lawrence Bishnoi is behind everything, from 9/11 to Benghazi to whatever has happened in the world.” The prime minister’s remarks sparked excitement among Indian journalists, with one claiming, “Trudeau has finally nailed Modi to the post for the actions of Lawrence Bishnoi, eight years before his birth.”

Despite ongoing investigations into the Kanishka Bombing case for nearly four decades, Canadian authorities had struggled to identify the main perpetrator. The recent claims against Bishnoi mark a controversial and unprecedented twist in the longstanding case.v
