The results for the Punjab State Diwali Bumper Lottery 2025 are out. The lottery draw took place in Ludhiana on October 31, 2025, at 8 PM, and the lucky winners were announced today. This year’s Diwali Bumper had a huge first prize of ₹11 crore, which makes it one of the biggest lottery draws in the country.
Punjab Diwali Bumper 2025 Details
The live draw was held at the Camp Office in Ludhiana in front of officials and lottery distributors. Each ticket cost ₹500 and was sold only through authorized dealers. People could watch the results live on the official website, punjabstatelotteries.gov.in, and selected TV channels.
All winners must claim their prize within 30 days by showing valid proof and their winning ticket at the state lottery office.
Ticket Series and Distribution
This year, the tickets were printed in three series, A, B, and C, with numbers ranging from 200,000 to 999,999. A total of 24 lakh tickets were issued for sale. Dealers had to share the list of unsold tickets with the Directorate before the draw, either by email, registered post, or messenger.
Unsold physical tickets must be returned within 90 days after the draw, though an extension can be given in special cases.
