Kanjhawala Case: Court Grants Three Day Police Custody

Amid Kanjhawala death case, Delhi Rohini Court granted three days of police remand to interrogate five accused in the case. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday 1st January where a woman was dragged under the car for several kilometers.

The accuses were presented in a closed courtroom amid tight security. Link Metropolitan Magistrate Ajay Singh Parihar granted three days of custody of Manoj Mittal, Amit Khanna, Deepak Khanna, Krishan and Mithun.

According to the sources, the court granted the police custody after hearing Delhi Police. The investigation officer revealed the investigation is at the initial stage.The accuses are yet to be confronted.

The accuses are identified as Deepak Khanna, Amit Khanna, Krishan, Mithun and Manoj Mittal. They were arrested immediately after the registration of the case. It was revealed in the investigation that the car met with an accident with a scooty in the area of Sultanpuri.

Moreoever, police said, The physical remains on the area revealed the victim was entangled in the wheels and dragged for some distance.
