Jeff Bezos, Amazon’s CEO, and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, are set to marry on December 28 in Aspen, Colorado. They will tie the knot at Kevin Costner’s 160-acre Dunbar Ranch. According to The Daily Mail, the couple and their entourage have already arrived in Aspen.
Bezos, the world’s second-richest person, and Sanchez, aged 60 and 55, are preparing for a lavish wedding. They have booked the famous Matsuhisa sushi restaurant in Aspen from December 26 to 27. Sources also confirmed that they arrived at the Aspen airport on Saturday.
Wedding Preparations and Accommodations
Although the exact wedding venue is not yet confirmed, it is widely believed to take place at Costner’s ranch. Additionally, Sanchez revealed on the Today Show that she had purchased her wedding dress, but kept further details under wraps.
Guests will stay at luxurious accommodations, including the five-star St. Regis Hotel in Aspen. Furthermore, Bezos is securing private mansions for some of the guests.
Strict Privacy Measures and Exclusive Arrangements
The wedding will feature strict privacy measures. The couple is hiring vendors from across the country and enforcing non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Event planners in Aspen mentioned that nearly everything will be outsourced.
“Almost everything will be outsourced except transportation and lighting,” said Janie Lemons, an Aspen planner. “They’ll bring in whatever they need, from a cake from Paris to a hairstylist from New York,” added Sarah Rose Attman. The couple is ensuring that every detail is carefully planned for their special day.
