Haryana Government has given big relief to the raw employees engaged under the state’s Outsourcing Policy Part-2. On the demand of the employees, the government has given one year extension of service to the employees. In the letter issued by the Chief Secretary, it has been said that this extension of service will last till 31 December 2024. It has also been said that this benefit will be available only to those employees who had refused to transfer their services to Haryana Kosal Rozgar Nigam Limited (HKRNL).
According to the order issued by the Chief Secretary, currently these employees are working on Group A or B posts in various departments. These employees are working as per the notification issued by the state government. However, whenever regular appointments are made to such posts, the services of those employees who have opted not to be ported to HKRNL will be terminated.
