The urination case on an Air India trip between New York and Delhi on November 26 last year is a “matter of individual torment”, said Tata Sons Director N Chandrasekaran on Sunday.

In a proclamation, Chandrasekaran said, “The occurrence on Air India flight AI102 on November 26th, 2022, has involved individual pain to my partners and me at Air India. Air India’s reaction ought to have been a lot swifter..” He further said that the Tata Group and Air India stand by the security and prosperity of the travellers and team with full conviction.”We will survey and fix each cycle to address any episodes of such rowdy nature,” he added. Then after facing backlash , Air Indiaow summoned the notices to  four of its lodge team and one pilot and de-rostered their pending investigations.

In a letter to Air India representatives, the Chief Wilson Campbell  expressed in a letter to Air India employees, the CEO stated that timely action is necessary against those who don’t follow the flight rules. Campbell said, “For the current week has, ‘deplorably’, been overwhelmed by media titles of which you are no question recognizable. The repugnance felt by the impacted traveller is reasonable and we share her trouble.”

In the meantime, Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Saturday sent charged Shankar Mishra, who had supposedly peed on a co-traveller, with 14 days of legal guardianship. Charged Shankar Mishra’s legal counsellor moved a bail request in Delhi’s Patiala Court. The plea is listed for hearing on January 11.  Delhi Police arrestee the accused in Bangalore .  Remarkably, the Delhi Police has recorded the proclamations of three crew individuals from Air India today regarding the case.

 Mishra had purportedly peed on a 70-year-elderly person in a drunken condition in business class of an Air India trip on November 26 last year. Delhi Police had enlisted an FIR against him on January 4 on an objection given by the lady to Air India. The police enrolled an FIR under areas 354, 509, and 510 of the Indian Correctional Code and Segment 23 of the Indian Airplane Act. The blamed and the victim are from outside Delhi.
