The 2nd Fakhr Forum, organised by the Federal Youth Authority in collaboration with the National Service & Reserve Authority, took place in Abu Dhabi under the patronage of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. The event also saw the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, along with dignitaries, ministers, and Sheikhs.
The forum aims to celebrate Emirati youth who have enrolled in or graduated from the National Service Programme, emphasizing the importance of quintessential Emirati values such as loyalty, pride, sacrifice, and generosity. It provides a platform to inspire young Emiratis with stories of excellence, encouraging them to play an active role in serving their nation.
In his keynote speech, the Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah highlighted the UAE’s vision of preparing a generation of responsible youth who understand their role in shaping the nation’s future.
“The Fakhr Forum is a testament to the UAE’s incredible achievements over the past 53 years—marked by construction, development, and relentless ambition,” he said, emphasizing the leadership’s belief in the transformative power of youth.
First launched in 2019, the Fakhr Forum has been an integral initiative to raise awareness about national responsibility and strengthen the UAE’s identity. It reflects the country’s commitment to fostering generations of capable and aware youth who embody the UAE’s vision of stability and progress.
By celebrating these youth, the forum strengthens national unity and highlights their vital contribution to maintaining the UAE’s security and stability.
