Renowned Indian actor Rajinikanth has been bestowed with the prestigious United Arab Emirates (UAE) Golden Visa by the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT), as revealed in a heartwarming video shared by the authorities.
Expressing his profound gratitude, Rajinikanth extended thanks to the Abu Dhabi government and Mr. MA Yusuff Ali, the Chairman and Managing Director of Lulu Group, for their unwavering support during the visa acquisition process.
In the video message, the actor conveyed, “I am deeply honoured to receive the prestigious UAE Golden visa from the Abu Dhabi Govt. My heartfelt thanks to the Abu Dhabi govt. and also to my good friend Mr Yusuff Ali, CMD of Lulu Group, for facilitating this visa and for all the support.”
The prestigious Golden Visa was presented to Rajinikanth by Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of DCT, Government of Abu Dhabi. Notably, MA Yusuff Ali graced the occasion alongside other dignitaries.
Prior to the honour, Rajinikanth visited the global headquarters of Lulu Group International, where he was warmly received by Yusuff Ali. The superstar was then escorted to Yusuff Ali’s residence in his luxurious Rolls Royce car, marking a memorable stay at the esteemed location. During his visit, Rajinikanth also had a cordial meeting with Lulu Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Saifee Rupawala, who expressed his elation, describing the opportunity to connect with the iconic actor as “incredible.”
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth recently concluded filming for the upcoming movie “Vettaiyan,” directed by TJ Gnanavel. The star-studded film features Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, Fahadh Faasil, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan, with Subaskaran Allirajah producing under the banner Lyca Productions.
