Nita Mukesh Ambani, chairperson and founder of the Reliance Foundation, is elated as her son Anant Ambani is set to marry Radhika Merchant next week. On Wednesday, Nita introduced Radhika to the Ambani family guests as the wedding festivities began with Anant and Radhika’s Mameru ceremony at Antilia in Mumbai.

In a video shared on social media, Radhika is seen touching the feet of the Ambani guests while Nita smiles broadly. Radhika wore a stunning pink and orange embellished lehenga with golden zari details for the Mameru ceremony, while Nita dazzled in a color-coordinated traditional Gujarati bandhej saree.

Anant and Radhika’s Mameru ceremony was a star-studded event, attended by celebrities such as Janhvi Kapoor, Manushi Chhillar, Shikhar Pahariya, and Orry, among others.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are set to wed in Mumbai on July 12. Recently, Mukesh Ambani met with Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde to invite him to his son’s wedding. Prior to that, Anant personally invited Bollywood superstars Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn to the wedding.

The distribution of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding invitations began with Nita Ambani, chairperson and founder of the Reliance Foundation, visiting the Kashi Vishwanath Temple to present the invite and seek divine blessings.

The main wedding ceremonies will commence on July 12 with the auspicious Shubh Vivah or wedding function, with a dress code of Indian traditional. July 13 will feature the Shubh Aashirwad, with a dress code of Indian formal. The Mangal Utsav or wedding reception will be held on July 14, with a dress code of Indian chic. All these events will take place at the Jio World Centre in BKC.
