Naagin 4

Always ranking in the top, the supernatural fantasy thriller Naagin has been viewers’ favourite. But Naagin 4 has been axed amid lockdown. Starring Nia Sharma, Jasmin Bhasin, Vijayendra Kumeria and Rashami Desai, this news was confirmed by producer Ekta Kapoor.

Yehh Jaadu Hai Jinn Ka

Based on magic and supernatural powers, Yehh Jaadu Hai Jinn Ka had gained the highest TRP within a week of going on air. The show, which received an overwhelming response from the audience, stars Aditi Sharma and Vikram Singh Chauhan. It is halted now and will not return to the small screen.

Guddan Tumse Na Ho Paayega

Zee TV’s show was loved for its unique content as well as the chemistry between lead actors Kanika Mann and Nishant Singh Malkani. Like others, its shooting was halted but the makers said the show would return with its season 2.

Patiala Babes

Starring Ashnoor Kaur, Saurabh Raj Jain, Aniruddh Dave and Paridhi Sharma, it has been taken off air. Its last episode aired on 27 March 2020. In April, the makers took a mutual decision to pull its plug. Ashnoor took to social media to express shock over this news.

Nazar 2

The supernatural thriller starring Monalisa, Shruti Sharma and Sheezan Mohammad has been axed due to the pandemic. It was a huge hit and this news has left fans and viewers heartbroken.

Vidya

Based on village education system, Vidya starring Meera Deosthale, Namish Taneja and Mansi Srivastava is another show that will bite the dust due to coronavirus. This show had recently started gaining viewers’ attention, but amid lockdown, the news about its abrupt end was confirmed by the makers putting the actors in a state of shock.

Dil Jaise Dhadke Dhadakne Do

One show which has gone off air before even going on air completely is the Star Plus show Dil Jaise Dhadke Dhadakne Do. Starring Rahil Azam and Shruti Seth who have acted in popular shows such as Hatim and Shararat, fans were thrilled to see them together. The show, created by Mahesh Bhatt, too has been axed.

Beyhadh 2

Beyhadh 2 starring Jennifer Winget, Ashish Chaudhary and Shivin Narang is another show that will not return post-lockdown. Following the success of Season 1, its season 2 was planned. This news has left fans disheartened.

Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein

Starring Mudit Nayar, Simran Pareenja and Debattama Saha, the show was halted due to Covid-19 pandemic. Later an announcement was made that the show will not come back to the small screen at all. The last episode was aired on 31 March.
