The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examination (TNDGE) has released the TN HSE +1 (class 11) results today, May 14. The scorecards are now available on the official TNDGE websites dge.tn.nic.in and tnresults.nic.in, following the announcement made during a press conference at 9:30 AM. This year, class 11 students in Tamil Nadu achieved an overall pass rate of 91.17 percent.
To view their scorecards, students need to enter their roll number and birthdate on the result portal. Approximately seven lakh students took the Tamil Nadu +1 exam between March 4 and March 25 this year. To advance to HSE +2 (class 12), students must score at least 35 out of 100 marks. They must also pass the theory tests, which are out of 70 marks. Although there is no minimum passing score for practical exams, attendance is mandatory.
In 2023, the overall pass percentage for the TN HSE +1 exam was 90.93 percent, with girls achieving a pass rate of 94.36 percent and boys at 86.99 percent.
