One more Russian dies in Odisha who was working as a chief engineer in a cargo ship on Tuesday. Within two weeks, a third of Russia was found dead in the state. An investigation will be carried out by Marine police along with other statutory authorities of the death of the Russian national, namely Milyakov Sergey. Russian national Pavel Antov on 24 December died after falling from a hotel’s third floor and Russian national Vladimir Bidenov died due to a heart attack. Earlier on 30 December Crime Branch along with the state Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) visited Sai International Hotel in Rayagada where Russian nationals were found dead.
