President invites small Toto tribe
It was a matter of joy and surprise for the Toto tribe of North Bengal, who have been invited by President Draupadi Murmu to the Rashtrapati Bhavan for the first time. The reason for the invitation is not known to them. The district magistrate received a message directly from the President’s house to communicate with the Toto tribe for the meeting with the President. The Toto tribe faces many problems in the district, including the lack of land rights.
