The recent western disturbance in Rajasthan has brought rainfall to various districts, causing a notable drop in temperatures across the state. On Thursday, Mount Abu experienced a significant temperature drop of 10 degrees, reaching a freezing point.
Night temperatures in 16 cities of the state fell below 10 degrees due to the rain. However, the weather department predicts an upward trend in both day and night temperatures over the next week.
Jaipur saw a drop in temperatures after the rainfall, with more than a 2-degree decrease in both day and night temperatures on Thursday. Jaipur recorded a maximum temperature of 22.2 degrees and a minimum of 10 degrees. The city also experienced slight morning fog but had bright sunshine throughout the day, accompanied by light winds.
