Allegedly, the producers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 reached out to Singham Again‘s team, requesting a delay in their release. At the same time, rumors swirled that Rohit Shetty’s team was considering postponing the release due to the recent success of Stree 2, which also falls within the horror-comedy genre. However, both production teams seem adamant about their respective Diwali releases, setting the stage for a major face-off.

Director Anees Bazmee, who helms Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, has expressed his confidence in the film, despite the impending competition. In a conversation with Mid-Day, Bazmee shared, “Clashes are never ideal, but I am incredibly confident about what we’re creating. While Singham Again is sticking to its Diwali release, we announced our date a year in advance. At the end of the day, a good film doesn’t need a specific release date to succeed.”
Despite the speculation, it has been confirmed that Singham Again will not be moving its release date. According to an insider, the team behind Singham Again is firmly sticking to their Diwali release plan. “The trailer launch is expected to take place on either October 2 or 3, and they are not considering any changes,” the source said.
With both Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again locking in their Diwali release dates, the box office showdown is set to be a massive event.
