Mapple Syrup

However, much healthier alternative for this high sugar can be consumed such as Mapply Syrup instead of processed sugars or artificial sweeteners.

Refined flour accelerates blood sugar drastically and is rich in gluten which is harmful for the health. Healthy flours like coconut flour, ragi flour, and organic oats flour can be consumed in the place of refined flours.
