The Supreme Court Collegium has the Justice S.V. Bhatti As The Next Chief Justice Of Kerala High Court
The Supreme Court Collegium recommended Justice S.V. Bhatti as the next Chief Justice of the High Court as the present Chief Justice S. Manikumar is set to retire on 24.04.2023.
Justice S.V. Bhatti who being the senior-most Judge from the Andhra Pradesh High Court and is presently functioning, on being transferred as the senior-most judge of the Kerala High Court.
The Supreme Court Collegium stated that the experience of Justice S.V. Bhatti as a senior puisne Judge in two High Courts would be useful for Bhatti in dispensing justice as Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala. Presently, there being no judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh is serving upon as the Chief Justice. The Supreme Court Collegium having regards to all the relevant factors is of the view that Mr Justice S V Bhatti is fit and is suitable in all respects and Justice Bhatti is to be appointed as Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala.
Supreme Court Collegium Recommended Justice Augustine George Maish As The Chief Justice Of The Rajasthan High Court
The Supreme Court Collegium Recommended the Punjab and Haryana High Court judge, Justice Augustine George Masih, as the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court. Therefore, the Supreme Court Collegium stated that the vacancy arose and the same being consequent to the elevation of earlier Chief Justice, Justice Pankaj Mithal from the Rajasthan High Court to the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court Collegium resolution stated that the Punjab and Haryana Court presently has no representation as which being among the Chief Justices of the High Courts.
