In a recent development, the Supreme Court adjourned the West Bengal government’s plea against the Calcutta High Court’s ruling till July.
The West Bengal government had previously filed the plea challenging the High Court’s order which directed the CBI to investigate cases of land-grabbing and sexual assault in Sandeshkhali.
