Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has signed Bollywood actor Suhana Khan as the new brand ambassador for its Y-series smartphones, as announced on Wednesday.
Suhana recently made her Bollywood debut in Zoya Akhtar’s film ‘The Archies’. “As a rising star, Suhana resonates with young audiences, making her an ideal ambassador for the Y series,” Vivo stated.
In the latest industry report by Counterpoint Research, Vivo leads the Indian smartphone market by volume with a 19.4 percent share, while securing the third spot in terms of value, holding a 15.5 percent share in the third quarter of 2024.
